Here in Geneva, we're all in the same boat. The Strategic Plan Advisory Committee (SPAC) is a group of Genevans who believe that their collective energy can be a catalyst for the common good throughout the community. The boat metaphor illustrates the true power of teamwork because it reflects the genuine goodness of people giving freely of themselves for the best interests of the entire Geneva community.

SPAC is an advisory board appointed by the Geneva Mayor with the advice and consent of the Geneva City Council. SPAC gives life to the city's strategic plan by prioritizing community goals, sharing them with City staff and elected officials, and assisting in their implementation. We welcome all citizens to join us in our dedication to preserving the city's charm, cultivating its sense of community, and shaping its future.

Please join us for our meetings the third Wednesday of each month. We are currently meeting in Council Chambers at City Hall located at 109 James Street.
